It seems to be in their genes that they pretend to dislike/detest each other but they give the game away with their actions. William refers to Luke as 'the germ' but he came down yesterday (really must have been something in the air), for a kitkat, and said, 'can I take one up for the Germ aswell?'.... Brotherly love!
