Brook Report post Posted March 2, 2006 Hi all, my son doesn't like the numbers 3 and 8, or together ie.. 38 or 83. He says they are 'quality numbers' and he doesn't like them. Even if the computer is loading and it gets to 38 or 83 percent, he starts shouting at the computer not to put those numbers up as he hates them. I remember Oreo saying about numbers, cant remember now if she didn't like odds or evens, but it seems to be a similar thing to what my son is saying. Anyone else experienced this? Brook Report post Posted March 2, 2006 Thanks Kathryn, my son's is fairly low key at the moment, but it's something that I have noticed when we are doing anything that involves numbers, he will always point out the number 3 or 8, and say he doesn't like them, he gets quite screamy if I persist with it, but calms quickly when we move on. Could it be some kind of phobia do you think? maybe it will pass. As I say, it's not causing too much of a problem at the moment and hopefully will pass, but if it doesn't then I can see how it could cause him probs in the future.
