Quick question for nellie!!!!

Hi nellie

 

Thanks for replying to my post below regarding independant schools. You mention in your post about LEAs not being allowed to have a "blanket policy" as in the SEN Code of Practice. I've had a look through the code of practice and cant find anything related to that in there. Culd you point me in the right direction to where I can find it. In what part of the code of practice does it say this please.

If you have the COP to hand, have a look at p 91 para 7:79 and p 103 para 8:37.

 

(Before you think what a swot I am, I think it was Nellie herself who gave me these references a while ago and they are scribbled inside the cover of my COP. )
