hev Report post Posted May 28, 2006 since my last really low spell ive joined a gym and so far so good im loving it,i put katie in the creche while i have a swim then i go for a bit in the gym,steve also joined the kids club so its something we can do together,it feels weird doing something without katie as i do take her everywhere but its also lovely to wave her off at the creche!! Bagpuss Report post Posted May 28, 2006 Hi Hev, I joined a gym in Jan. It's worked great for me, and I love spending time doing something by myself. I also go swimming weekly. I initially went because the dr had diagnosed me with oesteoarthritis in nov, and although she referred me for physio, she warned me it was a long wait........had my first physio appt last week It's also a great way to relieve stress Good luck with it Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
