pingu Report post Posted July 22, 2007 (edited) Hi everyone. I thought i would call by with some holiday pictures. The Holiday was a success, but kieran did get ill during the second week, i think by then he was been affected by the change of everything (food and routine especially). But all in all the lake district is a beautiful place. I have about 500 pictures, but i didnt think you would appriciate all those, lol, so here are a selection of our favorite days. pearl Report post Posted July 22, 2007 (edited) Glad you had a good time Pingu. We've been going to Grizedale for close on 20 years now as its near my in laws, that playground is in about its 3rd incarnation, my kids loved it. JP still insists on going there for the all day breakfast muffin at the cafe We are there again in a couple of weeks, have booked Go Ape for JP's 18th birthday, woohoo! summertime Report post Posted July 22, 2007 I have to admit to having a MASSIVE fear of hights, I get dizzy standing on a chair, but its one thing i know Ide get a huge buzz from if i overcame it. and i think if i had a safety harness on I might just be able to do it
pearl Report post Posted July 22, 2007 Well I'd rather do Go Ape than public speaking, my no.1 phobia, but really I'd rather not do either. Just realised what your avvy is after looking at it for months, little dog dressed as Yoda, thats soooo sweeet!
