hev Report post Posted January 5, 2008 steve has always had obsessions with being really clean and spraying loads of deodrant,to the point where i cant breathe!! anyway i got him a big can tuesday and yesterday he asked me for another can for when hes up nans,that sounds right but then something made me think about aerosol misuse,hes not acting any different and it does tie in with his need to feel clean but he keeps on about deodrant,i have no other reason to think this and maybe i worry too much,any ideas would be aoppreciated Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Nic m Report post Posted January 5, 2008 Hev, my daughter loves to spray deodorant and perfume and loves spraying the room with it too to the point i am choking downstairs on the smell and there is a haze at the top of the stairs! JsMum Report post Posted January 5, 2008 I would at least note down the ammount your buying him the cans, arasol abuse doesnt nessasarily have any signs, the hit is instant and only lasts seconds so behaviour could be back to normal after misusing arasol with in minuetes, the dangers are when it effects the airways, and if a person is Si.. and they go unconsous, arasol abuse for many can be done for many months without parents been aware, there is solvent abuse support where you could get further information and may be some further advice, I would monitor it, I think sometimes we have a gut feeling and we have to go with it.
