Sallya Report post Posted January 17, 2008 We visited the two special schools that son has been offered places at.... both are very good schools which made the decision harder! After weighing up all the pros and cons of both, we've chosen the local school, it has a small ASD class, and son knew 2 or 3 boys from his special needs youth club. It's only two years old, so has all new, modern -up to date equipment...teaches life skills and and all the things we were wanting.....(....I found out from IPSEA... that the transport issue wasn't strictly legal....for any one else in that position, I would have to let them name the local school and then appeal at SENDIST...) s xxx Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
