Ouch :(

I just fell down the stairs. Hit my arm on the bannister, it really hurts now.. There is no sign of swelling, but trying to lift or do anything is excruitiating. :tearful:

Not happy. :unsure:

Ouch that sounded painful!

 

I am currently hobbling around like an old man as I went to pick my 2 yr old up and felt something go twang in my back. The good news is it only hurts when I move!

 

Hope you feel better soon otherwise you might need a trip to outpatients

I think the earth wobbled I fell too -ouch- trying to hang a windchime on the verandah Quickly jumped on a chair the leg slipped off - no - :lol: it was an old weathered chair my foot went through and look no hands ballet dancing in mid air too much time to think - this is going to hurt got a wedging on my inner thigh ow :crying: - injured wrist hip spine and ego. Winded myself son had to pull me up as I couldnt untangle myself from the chair. :lol: ow ow ow Oopsy daisy :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

 

Better today but spine goes ow
