I just fell down the stairs. Hit my arm on the bannister, it really hurts now.. There is no sign of swelling, but trying to lift or do anything is excruitiating.

Ouch that sounded painful!

 

I am currently hobbling around like an old man as I went to pick my 2 yr old up and felt something go twang in my back. The good news is it only hurts when I move!

 

Hope you feel better soon otherwise you might need a trip to outpatients

I think the earth wobbled I fell too -ouch- trying to hang a windchime on the verandah Quickly jumped on a chair the leg slipped off - no - it was an old weathered chair my foot went through and look no hands ballet dancing in mid air too much time to think - this is going to hurt got a wedging on my inner thigh ow - injured wrist hip spine and ego. Winded myself son had to pull me up as I couldnt untangle myself from the chair. ow ow ow Oopsy daisy

 

Better today but spine goes ow
