Enid Report post Posted September 22, 2008 Hi, had a heartstopping phone call at ten past nine today, I was at work, and the secretary of DS`s school said, can you tell me why he`s not in school today, he had left in the taxi at 7.45. I phoned taxi driver who assured me he had dropped him off and watched him go through the gates as usual, complete panic, while I was freaking out thinking what to do next, couldnt phone him as he had left his phone at home, school rang 10 mins later to say he was back and they would talk to me later. Turns out he was in some woods, about half a mile from the school!!! a cleaner saw him on her way to work at the school and rang school, a pupil and TA set off and he came back quite happily with them, he had, as usual, no explanation for his behaviour!!!! Just when I thought things were going well, the rug gets pulled out again. Havnt had time to discuss it yet, waiting for littlies to go to bed, and make sure doors are locked!!. As if that was enough he came home with a massive bruise on his face and a note to say, " your son was assaulted at school today, the matter was severly dealt with" The boy in question got a 5 day inclusion, same as exclusion but in a room at school. My 19 yr NT is also giving me grief at the mo Heigh ho! Enid

Enid Report post Posted September 22, 2008 Well he has to now!! Its a small school, ony about 65 kids. A very small parking area outside, for staff, no one drives is as impossible to turn around, so he drops him at the gate which is yards from the door, now he will have to wait til he`s through the door. Have spoken to son tonight, he just says, I dont know, same as every time, dont think he plans it, he is just soo unpredicable, that why its sooo bluming wearing Enid
