Cariad Report post Posted July 9, 2009 They have changed as much as we wanted in the parts 2 and 3 but will only put "enhanced" support instead of 1-1 as he always has in his previous schools. Their reasoning for this is that the school we want will be easier to get?!?!?! Do you think they are pulling a fast one? Also they are going to name a school in part 4 which is slightly similar but doesn't meet his needs to go to the tribunal as it's in our/their borough , a school which was thrown out in the last tribunal.. Where do we stand on that? Also is it true you can write to the tribunal and ask for our case to be heard any quicker due to the horrific circumstances surrounding it?
