How does Autism / Aspergers affect girls?

Depends on the girl, but "delayed imitation" is a common coping strategy in female autistics.

It does seem to affect girls differently, perhaps just because we start from a different point to boys. What's more important really is how it affects you.

thats Y's and X's thingy comes to mind with the girls, i remeber being told by someone in the profession and reading somewhere that its something partly to do with the Y's and X's?????
