Posted my Grounds for Appeal

Recommended Posts

I just got to the PO before it closed last night.

It will be winging its way to SEND at this very moment.

I have a tracking number and will have a look to see where it is.

It is a full lever arch file.

Now I have a couple of months to relax.

I'm sure I heard the distant thud as your file hit the doormat in Darlington. :D

Good luck with it all, and try to have a few nights off in the meantime.

I'm tracking the parcel to make sure it arrives on time.

I was surprised at how big it was when I had finished.

I think that independent reports cut down on alot of additional paperwork, because they see the written information beforehand and include the appropriate bits into their reports. I had to submit everything I felt proved the need and include all the reports they excluded. I hope they take the time to read it properly because it would be daunting for anyone to be faced with a lever arch file worths of reading!

Well done Sally! From my experience, the Tribunal panel members read the file very thoroughly.

Well done!! Sit back and enjoy the moment. It's a great feeling! >:D<<'> >:D<<'>

Don't worry that you've sent off too much, the tribunal people will read everything. Sometimes these things need a lot of information to explain them properly...

Is SEND in Darlington then ? :)

All current reports say that the job market is very difficult in the North East.It appears that one employer is likely to be getting enough work to require the employment of more staff......:whistle:
