darkshine Report post Posted August 25, 2011 Yes, I find music like this a great antidote to the stresses and strains of the world. I suppose it is classical but I try not to pay too much attention to labels.  The Moonlight Sonata is a lovely piece but not typical of Beethoven I think. I find his music in general quite aggressive and angsty.  If you are interested in exploring similar music to the Eclogue and the Moonlight, here are two more chill-out classics.  (Wish I knew how to make the videos appear in the message...) Hiya I actually replied to this hours and hours ago but my internet cut off so I wasn't 100% sure it'd gone through - obviously it didn't  I only like that one beethoven song  The two you attached were really (sorry can't think of a better word than "nice" right now me language has gone). Thank you for attaching them  Darkshine  Ps - are you copying the whole web address of your clips and then pressing insert media on here? Although to be honest the page loads a lot quicker for me when its external links and not media clips so I don't mind how you link it in - they're easy enough to click on and make the thread load faster

darkshine Report post Posted September 2, 2011  Now that's tragic! Classic film though I used to love that film as a kid along with a fair few other 70's and 80's "classics" that would be deemed as total rot by kids today I'd have to agree when it comes to - escape to witch mountain (or something like that) the blooming thing used to be shown WAY TOO MUCH for my liking - someone rip up the reel  Maybe we should do a what tragic film are you watching thread
