struggling to read full sentence!

when reading a book to children a work i struggle to read sentence in full as get jumbled ... don't understand what goes on make this difficult is it my sensory processing or dyspraxia or something else? frustrating!

I get a similar thing if a sentence is too long......or if it has a double negative in it..... my brain can't seem to take it all in, it just spits it out !!
