Tylers-mum Report post Posted August 23, 2005 Tyler (6) likes plain clothes for school and used to wear a uniform for the first part of the school year but then opted for everyday clothes. It isn't compulsory but with the new year upon us, I want to buy a uniform for him but I know he won't be in it for long. I asked him and he chose everyday clothes over a uniform. Do I.... CarerQuie Report post Posted August 23, 2005 If the school don't have a problem with non-uniform,then why should you?xx
sarahjane Report post Posted August 24, 2005 Hi my son , 6 will only wear uniform at school, even on the non-uniform charity day However most children do wear it although it is not compulsory and is the sweatshirt kind, I know i could not get him to wear a tie! I think it depends on what it is, what the others mainly do and what your child thinks about it.
CarerQuie Report post Posted August 24, 2005 My other thought is;if he won't wear the uniform, could you dress him in colours that are similar to the uniform?xx
