Night time milk

Recommended Posts

It looks like it is just normal milk with melatonin added, in which case it would only be available on prescription in this country.

You can achive a similar effect by opening up the a melatonin capsule, pouring the contents into a glass of milk and stirring vigorously!

http://www.night-time-milk.com/stockists.htm

Just rang them, there is a very limited amount of stockists.

From what he said they don't actually add melatonin. It naturally occurs in milk, but from what he said specific dairy herds are used that produce more melatonin in their milk, and they are milked on a morning only.

There is much less melatonin in this than in medication on prescription etc

If you want to give it a try and want a local stockist then ring the 08003288062 to find out the nearest stockist, very helpful guy

We buy this from our local Tesco, it has had a small amount of effect with our NT daughter, but no where near as much as our AS son who takes Melatonin in capsule form before bed.

It costs about 90p a carton.
