Lynden Report post Posted November 26, 2005 Firstly, let me say we asked them (and were told they would!) wait until after our full weeks assessment next week before they retook their decision (they refused us initially), so actually they haven't even had any further information in respect of our case. However some one must have looked at it on a good day as we've been awarded the higher level of care until he is three when they'll contact us again. Obviously nothing for mobility yet as he isn't three. I am surprised and delighted because we were warned that they might refuse us because of his age.
