fiorelli Report post Posted February 9, 2006 If so, I would like to praise a well known 2-letter phone company. I reported a fault (couldn't use phoneline at all, although when trying to phone home, there was a dialtone) at 8.15 this morning. Was told that an engineer would be out tomorrow to look into the fault. 1.00pm today the doorbell goes - The phone engineer was standing there!!! He just left. after looking at the most bizzarly wired house ever (he even had to go into the roof!) We now have a phone and Broadband again!!!!!!
