i was just wondering wat i can do?????????????? reece is still not sleeping properly and his behaviour is off the wall at the moment.......... think some of this cud b due to me bein under a lot of stress at the moment as having a lot of problems with my sister and her daughter (her daughter is just 17 and pregnant) and my sister has disowned her and aving lots of problems and seeing the mental health team in march..... also a man i loved dearly who i av cared for for 14yrs at work died a couple of days ago......... i have been sighned off work last week and now been sighned off 4 another 2 weeks as just not coping with everything goin on at the moment........ i rang to speak 2 reeces phsychologist this morning but she was off today so i asked to speak 2 the duty phsychologist and that was a waste of time she was like just make sure he has routine make sure its calm get his some lavender oil and just ride it out basically!!!!!!!!!!!!11 i was like ive tried everything and it dosnt work 4 reece ......... she was like well there is a good book u can read on sleep!!!!!!!!!WAT A JOKE I ASKED if there was anything i cud give reece medication wise and she was like NOOOOOOOOOOO we dont prescribe stuff for children to help them sleep!!!!!!!!!! i explained about melatonin being given to children with A ASD ..... but she wud not even entertain it ............. i will b seriously thinking of getting melatonin another way if they do not help us soon ..............(but not sure how much to give him)!!! i rang my gp after her phonecall in tears and she was disgusted she cannot believe we r getting NO HELP thats wen she sighned me off work 4 another couple of weeks and also said the only thing i can do is ring the duty social worker and explain i need help and i need it NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! cudnt even get the children to scool again this morning........... reece had a major meltdown cos i forgot his cuddly bunny!!!!!!!! and was hitting and biting me!!!!!!!! and upset shannon so much made her ill bless her........ I JUST AM AT BREAKING POINT want to crawl in2 a whole and stay there forever............. sorry to rant but really needed to get all of it off my chest thanks for listening love donnaxxxxxxx

same as this house always got a naked boy in the house and everything flapping about we av just got used to it but kniw its gonna b harder as he gets older he can feel freezing but wont put clothes on love donnaxxxxxxxx

hi it sounds exactly wat we hav just been through we put in a formal complaint about reeces care or lack of it and went to a meeting then they now cant do enough sent us to a phsychiatrist 2 weeks after the complaint we had been fighting to see one 4 six yrs they said they hadnt got one who cud see him and she diagnosed him with and asd the day she saw him!!!!! so good on u xxxxxxxx and good luck love donnaxxxxx

hi everyone sorry im stressed AGAIN!!! reece is not sleeping very well at all and i rang his phsychiatrist and she said buy him some lavender ... yea rite thats gonna work lol i av tried loads of things with him already and asked if she cud prescribe him something to help him sleep she was like ring me bac in a few days wat a joke...... so i went to see my gp 2day and told her how i was feeling and she said has reece got a statement now??? i was like no they wont do one........ she said r social services helping??? i was like no she asked if we had been moved to closer to the scool??? i said no and is bethan helping with his sleep problems?? i was like no she was totally and utterly disgusted she is gonna rite another snotty leeter to the council about my housing probs...... ive got to get hold of the hv about control and restraint and go bac to see her in a few weeks..... also she had the letter about reeces diagnosis of autism from the psychiatrist which we had never recieved !!!!!!!!!! i just giv up ........... just dont know why i do it anymore just totally and utterly had enough............ sorry aLL i seem to do is moan ere but i just need to get it all off my chest thanks everyone for listening really appreciated love donnaxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
