accidents nearly every day for the last week... HELP! Hes going to be 5 soon and still not there i want to give up and keep him in pull ups. Can not belive potty training has taken soooooo long, and still on going.

Be patient, it will take longer, but persistance and encouragement, he will be using the toilet.I got despondent, particularly the soiling bit, because he knew I woul clean him up, so I left him 30 mins dirty, then next day 1 hour , then he learn't after 2, then 3 hours how nasty it was.Toilet was the best thing he realised.

Alot of children on the spectrum have toiletting problems.
My own son was out of nappies by age 3. Now he is older he has explained to me that often he does not 'feel' the need for the toilet until the last minute. Also he has no idea if he wants a wee or poo and so can get caught off guard if standing up and then realises he needs to sit down quickly!
