When three previous doctors are not able to diagnose why a severely autistic boy screams loudly for no apparent reason, House takes the case. Although the boy isn't sick, it becomes obvious to the team that House relates to the boy because he can't lie.

It's the new series in America, season 3. So uk will hopefully have it next year

I just watched this the other day but dont ask me how

 

But, they diagnosed 'House' with Aspergers

 

Quite funny how the diagnosis took place. A bit of a tear jerker, but a great interpretation also of a boy with ASD and non verbal.

 

It certainly left me with a warm fuzzy feeling, the ending that is.

 

Sure you will all be left feeling goose bumps

I love House too but I probably shouldn't watch this episode, I cry at everything - happy, sad, someone else is crying on the progamme/film....anything.

Oh I urge you to watch it, the ending will make you cry but in an uplifting sort of way. I watched it a few weeks ago, and it still gives me goose bumps thinking about the 'beautiful ending'

A new one that had the autistic theme is Ghost Whisper. Called the ghost within.

think i might have to start watching house.....does anyone remember st. elsehwere, the hospital series years before ER? anyway there was a doc who had a boy with severe autism....
