But finally I have found a resource that has kicked a hole in the wall of all these feelings. If you are interested please PM me and I will give you the link. They are based in Australia but apparently they are also in Surrey in the UK where ever that is. Its free and you can access this site anytime you like. If you are feeling like c..p, there is a lot of good in it. Again, please only PM me if you are interested in this link. It has had a huge impact on my life, and for the first time in years I am feeling like the person I was before I had children.
