smiley Report post Posted November 6, 2006 Hi Star - sorry, no personal experience here. But i'd be interested to hear from others who have tried it I'm not sure that my son would let anyone close enough to touch his head - but i've often wondered if it would be beneficial. He has an acnaroid cyst on his right frontal lobe (caused by a 24hr morphine overdose at 10 months ) and i still wonder if this has anything to do with his ASD... and if cranial osteopathy would help. citrine Report post Posted November 6, 2006 i havnt had experience with cranial oesteopathy with asd, but i am a big fan of it, my daughter had cranial oesteopathy when she was 3 mnths old for constant crying, she went from a grumpy child that honestly cried for 20 hrs a day to a beutifully happy child in 3 sessions, the practitioner was very good at what he did, and explained what caused her discomfort and how many sessions it would take, its strange when you watch one work, they manipulate whatever they manipulate, but it really dosnt look like they are touching the head, and my daughter was really comfortable in having this done... i hope this helps citrine xx
