Bambi Report post Posted April 19, 2007 Hi guys Well i have an appointment to see our solicitor next week wednesday and i cant wait! I have had to forward documents on to them from way back in 2005 which is when i started to make serious complaints about how the LEA are failing Ts individual needs. Obviously they didnt listen to my complaints and have continued to fail him miserably since then right up to this present day and i can only but go the legal advice way now. I have done all i can do and said all i can say, so they can answer to my solicitor now and see if they can worm their way out of failing T, its such a shame it has to come to this but i dont see any other way to be honest. Bambi Report post Posted April 19, 2007 Thanx caren and Clare will keep u posted i am hoping and praying here that i will get somewhere and prove them so very wrong, the way i see it is they have blatantly broke the educational law and the failings within the educational sector are disgusting regarding a child with special needs.
