pookie170 Report post Posted January 11, 2009 Ooh....when my little cousin was brewing, I asked my mum if she'd help me knit her bootees. She agreed, we picked a charming shade of mint wool, Mum cast on for me and off I went. I duly presented Emma with her bootees....on her 12th birthday!! I am a somewhat reluctant (not to mention flamin' useless) knitter! I rediscovered the bootees, still in mid stitch, having been hurled into the back of my wardrobe in a fit of pique!
