Teresa Report post Posted September 7, 2009 Anyone have problem's with concentration when doing a task? if so what helps you to concentrate?. Also movement/jiggling legs when sat down or tapping foot/walking etc.., T cannot keep still, like's to keep on the move, say's it help's her to concentrate, flips from one thing to the next. Zen Dragon Report post Posted September 7, 2009 Hi I just try and keep any distractions to a minimum, but some days are certainly better than others. During times of stress my concentration can go out the window! But i think its what works for you, playing soothing music, calm lighting that sort of thing?? Vanna Report post Posted December 5, 2009 I agree, if I exercise, must be the endorphins, I have a much better day and can be more productive. As far as what helps concentrate that will vary person to person? I tap, play with hair, fidget, and listen to music. Not that any of it helps, I just do it.
