Shocked, annoyed, angry, upset

A couple moved to our village about 18 months ago. When they first moved in they had nothing, her husband gave me the creeps a bit but I ended up doing washing for them as their kids were getting picked on as all their clothes were filthy and gave them loads of the clothes my 2 didn't wear.

 

On several occasions she offered to have my kids when I needed to go somewhere but I declined the offer.

 

About 9 months ago their oldest son told me that his Dad had pictures of little boys on his computer and he said they were rude. I mentioned it to the school as I was concerned as to why a child would come out with this (pressuming it was a lie) and thought nothing of it.

 

This mornings northern echo, court case, this man handed a disc over (just after the son mentioned these things) with 36 pornographic images of children o to the police, 6 were stated as the second worst type of indecent image there is. They took his PC but found nothing. But when they checked he had one PC, he had 4 in the house a few weeks previous. He said his partner found the disc in the house (bullsh*t!) he's been given a suspended sentence for this and 10 years on sex offenders register.

 

At the bottom was my biggest shock, he served 9 months (IIRC) for having the same type of indecent images of children in 2001. At that time he was caught with hundreds.

 

I'm just so pleased I declined all offers for her to watch them, and he offered at times, makes me feel sick at the thought of it. A friend dropped the article off at a friend of mines today and as I sat and read it out I felt terribly sick, and upset.

 

Thankfully he has moved now, but people have seen him several times in the village since, as he's only allowed supervised access with his own children their mother shouldn't be allowing this. It was all rumours before but now it has been confirmed I can almost guarantee if he stepped foot in this village again he wouldn't last 2 minutes.

 

Their mother has lied from start to finish, she denied he had these images, said she knew nothing of it, now she has told the court she found them, also she never mentioned the offence he'd been sent to prison for and said he wouldn't even consider doing anything like that when she knew all the long She even said the little lad was a liar, I'll be honest both their boys are adorable, so loving and affectionate as when they were taken into care several parents, including me offered to look after them, they are lovely children. I think one thing that upsets me the most is the poor little boy has seen these images.

 

I am pleased I said something now, I did feel guilty at first, thinking maybe the boy was just exaggerating the truth, but now I am pleased I did as thats probably what started the enqiry as they had a school nurse and psychologist in the school the next day. Police came into school the day after that.

 

Had to bite my lip when I seen her today as she offered to look after my children in the home she shared with the person she knows is a registered sex offender. Words can't express the anger I feel right now.

 

People wonder why I don't let my kids out of my sight.

My daughter shes 14 is allowed to sleep at her mates house but the parent is a single mother and ive known her years.She did have a boyfreind who was on the scene for ages but he wasnt creepy and although it sounds a bit ott i always warned my daughter not to wander round in a state of undress ect ect perverts and all that.Normally met with a oh mum !!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

 

We need to protect our kids from these sick pervs.

 

Years ago my sister in law used to have a bloke come round her house a so called neighbour shed a small child at the time.Wed no kids then.I thought he was a weirdo and he gave me the creeps.Anyhows she had a tip of that he was a child abuser and had fiddled with his own kids hence the reason he lived alone and his family were never seen.He denied it all of course but i tell yer somenthing he never gained entry to her home againe.He later tried to hook up with another single mum with a little girl we gave her the tip of too and he was duley dumped.

 

 

These men and lets face it women dont have it stamped on there heads im a firm beleiver in if they appear a bit weird give you the shivers up youre spine and leave yer fealing shaken ask around find out if they have the same effect on other women and girls chances are they do even more of a cert is there a pervert looking for an oppertunity to strike.

 

 

Also take note of what yer kids get up to on line.My daughter was once a victim of an internet pervert poseing as a teenager or something.It was only when she forgot to log of of a so called chat room and he thought it was her that i realised was was going on i thretened to report it to the cops he logged of and i gave her a stricked talking to no holds barred.

Lil, I know how you feel. A teacher at my two daughters school was bailed recently after indecent pictures of children were found on his computer. I know from my daughters that he is living with a 17 year old girl who was a pupil of the school.

I do wonder if he has any pics of my girls, not the indecent kind cos they wouldn't let that sort of thing happen, but any pics he might have gives me the creeps, you don't know what these sorts of perverts do with them.

Awful when things happen on your doorstep and even worse when you know them.

Yes 2 years ago my cousin was in court giving evidence, as their neighbour, a best friend from school's father had been doing 'indecent' things to her and several other children when they visited, he's been jailed since. Very posh area, houses all have en suite bathrooms etc he was a high flyer, noone thought anything of questioning them always having friens children to stay over. Just proves how careful you need to be.

 

I'm not one for gossip, my friend lives opposite where a man was wrongly murdered as people thought he was a sex offender, so I am against untrue gossip and been trying to say to people since this started that he may be innocent, but now I just feel very sick, been sick once as its made me feel so ill.

 

I am unsure how safe her children are with people saying how many times they have seen him in the village, I won't hesitate to report to SS if I see him here again now that I know.

More upset today, heard the littlest boy who is only 5 being picked on because of what his father has done, saying they were going to 'kick him in' because his Dad is a 'peado' which I can only assume came from a parent, I mean fair enough I am angry about this but I wouldn't mention it in front of the boys. I have mentioned it to the teachers, some parents mention things in front of their children not thinking what affect it has on their childrens actions. Isn't the poor little boys fault that his father did this, they've been through enough already.
