AS t-shirt design...

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

A few weeks ago I found a down-loadable AS t-shirt design, but I can't remember where (it isn't where I thought it was just now :wacko: ).

I was just wondering if anyone recognises it, and could post a link, please :pray:

It was a cartoony woman, rainbowy colours, and the slogan 'Spectrum Babe (or Chick??)'.

I have dogpiled, but got a gazillion results :hypno:

Sorry for the odd request, it's just that I really wanted to print up a vest-top for the summer :dance:

Thanks in advance >:D<<'>

Boho :dance:

I don't know if one of these is what you saw:

Cafepress.com

But they've got some cool designs (everything from 'I heart someone with Asperger's' to 'In memory of the autistic people murdered in the name of treatment F@*% YOUR CURE!' :thumbs:

good luck

Thanks for the links you'se two... Given that awful 'naughty' thread, there are some AMAZINGLY good designs on these pages (though some bad'uns too - first site should be a little more selective!)

From a quick browse, I liked the cute little cat one, the 'STIMS' and the Olympic spinning team... Nothing works better than humour, IMHO, for getting across a serious message...

Groovy image! :thumbs:

I don't want to poo on your parade, bid, but be aware of the size of the image.

It's 197 pixels high

On screen (at 72 dots per inch) it's 2.5 inches high

On your printer (at 300 dots per inch) it's 0.65 inches high

As it's for printing onto a t-shirt 100 dpi should be about the lowest you can go

So any bigger than 2 inches and it will look fuzzy

Your printer may be able to compensate to some degree, so try a test print before you buy any tshirt paper

Unless you want it to look pixelated and retro, but that's a different process ;)

good luck

Do you mean I've got to be discreet?? :crying:

But I wanted it BIG, and I was going to add sequins and teeny beads!! :clap:

Nemo, is there any way I can get it bigger, please??

Boho :(

If you've tried printing out a big version and don't like it, there are at least 3 possible solutions:

1) Contact aspiesforfreedom and see if they have a larger version (though it looks as if that's the original size);

2) Contact me and see if I can do a big pixelated version;

3) Contact someone who can draw and get them to redraw it bigger.

good luck

I loved the:

'It's not a disabled dog...it's a cat' design. That caused real tears of laughter when I saw it!
