Yes SG, I take/took them, GP put me on them when I was going through that appalling period with DS last year, they were a life saver and meant 8 hrs unbroken sleep! I felt like a new woman in the morning! I only used them occassionaly, but just knowing I could get a nights sleep when I wanted was pricelsss! Enid

Hi, google "young foundations" I still have it saved to favourites from when my DS was going through a similar time, when his behaviour was more controllable, I was looking into cruckton hall in shropshire, but again, like you money was a problem, young foundations have many centres and take children with complex needs and challanging behaviour, I know what you mean about foster care, its one thing them being in a school/centre but to be in foster care, you feel like you have lost them. Totally agree with Cats post, are you just sitting in the station with her to keep her safe? or because she will trash/attack if you dont? either way you need help but if she wont accept help I dont know what you can do, I also know , only too well, what the verbal/physical abuse is like, there are no easy answers but if you havnt already, start knocking on doors now, sending you much support, keep posting and let us know how you go on.
