  1. could not agree more, and i have a sneeking suspicion that football is as scripted as wwe raw, its all about money now. i dont watch it because players go down for even the slightest atom of contact and get awarded free kicks. its pathetic and not a sport. the commentorys bad the players are all in the closet and somehow they miss a goal thats 7 foot high and 18 yards wide. again pathetic.
  2. ahha! i wonderd where ive seen that name before, alarm bells where going off for me when i heard "fainted in the gym" it can happen to even the most advanced athalete, but if your the average joe just using a treadmill then its time to see the doctor and get assesed. just thought id add tally that most unqualified pepole actully know more than most professionals do, sounds strange but true, im sure someone lke lancslad will agree with me. anyway i worry about this persons saftey and wonder if its an idea to err padlock the thread? not looking for an argument and i wont reply if anyone comes at me, i just care about pepoles saftey and i feel that she may get false security and comfort from some of the posts and not deal with the real issue.

  5. another good night of sleep, having some weird dreams though, last night i had a hornet chasing me everywere i went and it wouldnt leave me alone. but well rested and finding myelf quite sleepy by 10 and tired by 11. lets hope this pattern lasts. i know what i can be like, so im not getting my hopes up that i,ll keep it up. but i,ll try.

  7. why do dog biscuits come in differnt flavors? as if a dog is going to say hmmmm i want chicken and rabbit today, owner, could you not get duck and phesant today i want chicken and rabbit. and since when did dogs care about what there food tastes like? i gave my dog a ghost pepper a while back, and it was too much for his stomach so he threw up, then ate what he just thrown up and threw up again, and ate that again. i really dont think dogs are concerned about tasty dog biscuits. espeshily since those biscuits are 90% ash and the rest is tar.
  8. its all about quality, not quantity. i think its much more effective to opt for 45 mins to an hour of full throttle intensity. last year i gained 8 pounds of muscle and got my bodyfat down to 6% all in 12 weeks. and i trained for an hour a session, i maxed out intensity and kept my nutrition absolutley air tight. cals lost per hour really doesnt matter. just as long as your diet is in check and your training is effective. and the best fat loss activity you can do, is to do a brisk walk first thing in the morning, in a fasted state (empty stomach). try and do a mile or 2 in the fastest time possible. and then have some metabolisum sparking food for breakfast like fresh pineapple, and some sort of protein source, the sugar in the fruit is fine first thing in the morning as your glycogen will be depleted so you wont store fat. for more info follow the link to a topic i started a while back http://www.asd-forum.org.uk/forum/index.php?/topic/27959-let-me-make-this-easy-for-you-succseful-dieting-tips/

  13. got 3 quarters of the way through charlie and the great glass elevator and got bored of it. one tenth of the way through a harry potter book and used it as a doorstop. books just dont intrest me, i just get bored. to escape from the world i simply put my headphones in, listen to a good beat, get my immagionation reved up, and be whoever i want to be. at the moment i like to be captain of thunderbird 3 or a 5 time green jacket holder. im sometimes the fastest seam bowler on the england cricket team, or a mr olympia winner. it depends where the mood takes me.
  14. it would of been ok if they were grape flavored or cola flavored or something, but they had no taste to them, and got really boring. i got one down to snooker ball size and got bored of it.

  16. peronally i hated sleepovers, it felt awkward and strange to me. i rember my mate had this really snobby mum, and she woke us all up on a sunday morning at about 7 and she was shouting breakfast is ready! and i was like whaaaa? and im slow to wake up and his dad comes in and goes come on! get to the table, you dont just show up when you feel like it! and again i was in a state of confusion, i get to the table and the dad says this is unsatisfactory! being 10 mins late is disgraceful. and there was another sleep over i went to where the mum was a council estate chav and till about 3 or 4 in the morning was yelling shut up!!!! and get to sleep!! everytime we even made a move, and i rember her comming up the stairs with a cricket bat, and bursting into the room shouting if you dont get to sleep im going to smack you all on the ass!!!! im guessing from my few sleep overs i had that all familys are an olive short of a pizza. totally mad the lot of them! and i went to a summer camp with the school, and we were all shoved into dormitorys, about 5 kids to a room, i wont even get started on that one.
  17. morning all, i rose this morning at 07.37. i fell asleep around 12 so ive managed to sustain the pattern for another night, the hard part now is sustaining it long term. at least until im blessed with children waking me at all hours, or if i was to ever work nights. altough some of you reccomend sedatives, i like to tune in to my body and try to get a mind body connection like i do in the gym. i want to be able to train myself to be ready for bed by a certain time everyday like most pepole do. my cousin is getting married saturday and this could affect my new pattern but hopefully not to much. (i susspect that my cousin also has a-s because he has all the classic signs, so im praying that he copes with the day) so anyway, so far so good, ive alway been a man of my word so im hoping i dont let myself down and end up in that going to bed at 6am mess again. i wanna be in bed at 6am but waking up!

  20. why am i reminded of that laurel and hardy sketch when stan keeps asking for an icecream flavour the clerk doesnt have. clerk, we have strawberry, pineapple and vanilla ollie, what flavour do you want? stan, i,ll have chocolate
  21. had a nap, but ended up sleeping a little longer than i wanted too. hopefully i havent screwed things up, but sleep befere midnight seems achievable. ive got my usual gym session at 6 and wanted to be fresh because i can tell you from experience throwing around big weights for 90mins can be torchure if your tired and grumpy, i rember going out to brighton one saturday night and stayed out till 6am and the next day with my head still ringing went to the gym for a heavy leg session, i felt awful and everything felt twice as heavy. and i dont want that feeling again and there was a 15 hour gap between me waking this morning and my gym session tonight at 6 so i thought it was a good move. if im on it and get all my meals in on time i should do it. and im opting to stay away from the laptop after 9pm. apopiges to pepole that enjoy my company in the evenings, but those americans over on youtube always have a need to argue with me, so again another wise move to obstain from the laptop.
  22. when im feeling a bit naughty, i take the above ben and jerrys icecream and smash in peanut butter cups, and mix togther. if your going to have icecream boys you gotta do it right.
