Thats good to here! We went to look at kittens at the RSPCA yesterday and are taking one home with us next weekend (fingers crossed). he is 10 weeks old and adorable. Mike is so excited and made up about getting him and one of the reasons for getting a pet is for Mike.................. so I hope it has a gd calming effect on him like yours has had with Steve. Well we survived and are still in one piece just about!!! Had a couple of meltdowns which I coped with, lots of rain on and off but I think the boys had a good time! Have been in pain all week and been really aware of how it affects what I can manage to do with the boys ............. tried to make sure that they had things to do (took them swimming and they did archery, crazy golf and go-karting!) We made it to Flamingo Land on Weds (despite the weather) and I took Mike's DLA letter so got me and him in for half price and wristbands for all of us to skip the queues (Mike hated the wristbands though and ripped his off!!!!!) Soooooooooo glad to be back home even though I am working my way through a black bag full of washing!!!!! Have missed catching up on everything on here as well so I hope everyone is ok and survived half term as well...............?? <'> <'>

Its the 4th time we have been to Haven (other sites not Primrose Valley) so I can already sing that in my sleep!!!!!!!!! Roll on Rory and Bradley here we come............................... .................

Well as the title suggests we are off on our hols..... not been brave enough to do one for a couple of years and am doubting my sanity at the moment! We are off to Haven (Primrose Valley) in Filey on Mon for 5 days (back Fri), just me and the boys Am struggling to get motivated or organised and am not well (was at hosp on Weds due to lots of gynae problems and am scheduled for a diagnostic laparoscopy on 18th June) so am really dreading going and how I am going to cope.... Wish me luck.............. am going to need loads of it

Only got 7!!!!!

We went bowling yesterday cos the weather was pants!!!!! Today we are going to cinema to see Iron Man and then try to wind everything down so I can get Mike settled for school tomorrow...........

Update - went back to drs yesterday and have been referred to hospital to see gynae consultant. Appt on 21st May to discuss what next and having laparoscopy. Am going to try going back to workon Tuesday and see how I cope despite still being in constant pain. Boys off school for next 5 days (2 inset days, weekend and bank hol) so no rest whatsoever for me as usual. Hey ho, have to laugh otherwise am going to sit down and cry buckets!!!!

Almost 5 years of fighting!!!! although once they decided to do ADOS is took approx 7 -8 months................ not been easy at all
