  1. You could enquire about sealants, to cut down on the need for fillings
  2. Bouncing around from this to that.
  3. Invest in a bread maker. You put all the ingredients in, set the programme and wait for the bread to be mixed, proved and then baked. No baking experience necessary.
  4. If you want help you have to ask for it, and it is difficult to get. You may be able to get overnight residential once or twice a month, due to the lack of sleep. We should start this in a couple of months, and my son is only 6. You should also be able to get some sessional support, where a carer will take your child out, to give the rest of you a rest. The amount of support you need will probably not be forth coming immediately, and regular phone calls to say how your family is not coping may be needed in order to increase the support package.
  5. Have you checked with your bank. My CA payment was in the bank before I received notification that I would receive it. I can't remember how long it took, but it didn't take long.
  6. Christmas is not too bad in our household. We start decorating the house early and slowly, so that there are not too many changes at once. The little man loves lights and anything that shines, so that helps. The day to day routine tends to be the same over Christmas, with the exception of the present opening. On Christmas morning, the little man takes himself straight back to bed upon seeing the pile of presents from father Christmas, and stays there until the other children have opened their presents and all the mess has been cleared away. He will then come back down and rejoin the family, and takes the rest of the day to open his presents. We then have family presents of boxing day (as not to over whelm him too much with presents on chrismas day). We live quite a distance from family, so we don't have anyone popping in. If we see family over Chrismas then they stay with us for a few days.
