Karen A Report post Posted March 26, 2009 (edited) Ben has qualified for middle rate care and lower rate mobility after reconsideration. We have 1400 in back money coming. Thanks to all of you wonderful people who encouraged me to ask for a review. I have read the letter three times I am so shocked. School has been tough for the last month or so and so good news could not have come at a better time.Karen. Edited March 26, 2009 by Karen A

sandyn Report post Posted March 26, 2009 Congratulations!! Well done for not giving up!!! Probably not the right time as you are still celebrating, but as you get middle rate care - you are entitled to carers allowance (if you don't work). Maybe worth a look......
