Happy Christmas

Recommended Posts

Hi, I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas  . My son Glen is coming home tomorrow from the residential home for a couple of days. I hope all goes well as Christmas is usually one of the worst times of the year for him being autistic, doesn't like change prefers routine all year round as I'm sure many of you parents can relate to.

Happy 2012 to you all. :)

Hi,

I will be glad once Christmas day gets here. Will has been stressing so much in case he doesn't get the presents he asked for. At the same time, he wants some surprises, but cannot stand not knowing what they are. And he is already worrying that he won't be able to sleep tomorrow night, like last year.

Hope Christmas goes well for everyone.

Diane

Cheers and Merry Xmas to you all. I also cant break some routines, ive got a xmas day routine of food, top of the pops xmas special, presents, games then retreat to the PC if the socialising is overloading.

Problem is im in a lot of pain and run out of my meds at just the wrong time. i am less mentally overloaded than last year though.

Sorry to hear that Trekster can't be easy for you, try and stay calm and spend some time in your Mum, I'm sure your Mum will come round she is probably a little stressed out as it's Christmas Day tomorrow so please forgive her.

Trekster, any tips please of how not to have to take Glen out for loads of car rides tomorrow? Last time he came home all he wanted was to constantly go out in the car, I really don't want that to happen tomorrow. Have you ever been like that always wanting to go and not settled inside the house?
