PinkSapphireAngel Report post Posted March 7, 2006 We are going to tribunal on MARCH 23RD!! Its because of LEAs refusal to assess my 11 year old son. They at the last minute are asking to bring the head and SENCO as their witnesses, I am hoping this is a sign they are panicking! We are happy to have the chance to tell the school they have been lying and have been ignoring experts advice etc for years (which we can prove with reports) if they had followed these before our son would not be suffering as he is emotionally, socially and academiclly. I wonder whether they will back down the day before lol
