Minx Report post Posted July 12, 2007 Hi I have some really exciting news at last. My six year old son who has ASD and stilll does not write managed to write the first letter of his name Adam today. He is a mainstream school with full time support. This is really a step forward for him, as he does not write or read. It is so good to have a small step forward. LizC Report post Posted July 12, 2007 Hi well done to your son!! My son who is 7 can only write his name, although sometimes he misses letters out or uses small and capital letters throughout his name. he can only read a few words too. he is about to go to a special needs school in sept and I am hoping they can really help him!
