KarenT Report post Posted July 5, 2008 ... and it's fab. He's doing really well at this new school, has settled in brilliantly, participating well in lessons and achieving highly, making friends . A few comments about him dominating group session and his occasional difficulties in unstructured times but on the whole, very good. They've commented too on the significant emotional and social improvements he's made. But you know what impressed me the most (about the school, I mean)? The whole report was hand written, not one of these computer-generated, mass produced things that doesn't actually say much about your child (and often has the wrong name in it because it hasn't been edited properly). It's like the olden days - a proper report about MY child. Chuffed to bits! Karen x
Bard Report post Posted July 5, 2008 I still handwrite my reports. Then I bribe my daughter to do the majority of the typing. Because I'm not allowed to send out handwritten reports, too old-fashioned.

jlp Report post Posted July 5, 2008 Well done James! We got a lovely teacher's comment saying how she will really miss George's 'extremely specific answers and challenging questions'. Made me smile.
