lil_me Report post Posted September 2, 2005 <'> Hope it goes well for her, try to relax a bit, get the kettle on and see how she is when she returns home. Letting go is hard but it seems she knows what she wants.
oracle Report post Posted September 2, 2005 All you can do is support your daughter -as you did this morning and keep your finger crossed that it works out? I really hope that it does. Â Â <'> Carole

kirstie Report post Posted September 3, 2005 Thats great news! I'm so glad for you both! Lewis started his language unit a couple of weeks ago, and the first morning i went in the taxi with him, i just had to go along and see how it all works. It makes me feel slightly uneasy for the whole day if i don't see him with my own eyes going into school. I feel better now that i did go along on the first day (theres no escape routes.... and they have an escort!) And luckily all has gone well so far bar one or two incidernts in the playground Free play has never been good for Lewis! I'm so glad your wee girl has enjoyed her first day and that you are feeling happy and more relaxed. Long may it last.
