Suze Report post Posted August 31, 2006 Well we made it , there was alot of worry over the train being on time , the seats, the platform etc but he enjoyed the train to Euston. The Tube was a nightmare and I found it difficult but he held it together , there,s so much noise and shaking etc .............. .We found london bridge and had some dinner then went to the commisioners offices which were very smart. We met the other 10 kids and their parents and then Al the commisioner, who was a very very nice chap.He seemed concerned and not surprised about the struggles our kids have with school.Think he had done his homework .Then our kids told him their experiences , not all good , every parent had to fight for the correct provision. We all left with the new copies of the kids interviews which I think is really good,a very insightful report on autistic kids views of school.Got back late v,knackered .
