  5. My god, im sitting here with an open mouth! just an illustration im not really yellow and only have a head. anyhoo, that bloke needs the sack and pronto. How on earth could he be allowed to do the job! as you say what hopes have we got when ppl like that are 'in charge'.
  6. oh love, what a day. hope u get this sorted soon. best wishes. I get those flashes of light before a migraine too, vile isnt it. does yr vision go too?
  7. yes weve got one of those, i wouldnt give him a phone cos it might get stolen. good luck
  8. didnt take them long to get back into their strides. Yesterday tom said his ears were hurting apparently these two boys, who picked on him last term have started again. they have been pulling his ears outwards really hard, and one of them has been pulling his backpack down as he walked. I hate this, here we go again. I phoned school to be told will pass it along to the head of year who will phone you. I had to go to the docs at 4 and she still hadnt phoned back.
  9. Oh you poor thing, stress will do that to you
  10. I do wish you luck, let us know whats going on.
  11. happy birthday for whenever it was !
  12. oh great now i wont get my son off the computer lol
  13. oh no, poor woman. mind u u would have thought shed have taken better care of it, considering what was on it
  14. nice to see you as brucie says lol.
  15. thank you for yr responses. i dont think theyre cluster headches cos my uncle had those and they were worse than mine, in that the pain is unbearable and they lasted for days. he used to bang his head against the wall in an effort to stop them. after some research i think they may be due to arthritis in my neck, as i have had them after visintg the dentist and hairdressers, where pressure has been put on my neck, from the chair at a funny angel or the sink edge. anyhoo, am going to the docs again on thursday, had the ye test and it was fine, no problems there,
  16. i would say yes if he was in the class he is meant to be in, but i dont see how it helps putting him into a class of 27 kids he dosent know from adam. I say keep him home <'>
  17. where and when is that talk in birmingham, cos its not far from me and i wouldnt mind going, but cant make daytime
  18. I have often thought my son would be great as a home based worker, perhaps something to do with computers, or games testing he would love that one!
  19. I did decide to have another baby after ellie was born, but unfortunatly he had downs syndrome and died at 15 weeks. we had a post mortem done. so i would say proceed with caution on this one as you say you have 2 lovely children now, why tempt fate.
  20. blimey, ive never heard of surds before. I cant wait to get to grips with those, she says sarcastically whilst packing a case quickly lol .
  21. i feel for you and yr son. no child should be treated in that way. you have a perfect right to tell this man that he must treat yr child with respect and follow guidelines given by you. you are his main carer and as such have a right to expect this. hope all goes well <'>
  22. I have been having some real nasty headaches. I wake with them and i cannot get out of bed, they make me sick all day long too. my dh has to keep having time off work, and my family is suffering because of thyem. I have migraines, but these are much worse, i cannot keep anything down long enough to have an effect on them. I went to the docs this morning and she wants me to see an neurologist, and have a cat scan to see what is happening. I also have to have blood tests and an eye examination. I may not be in much, as i dont want to tempt fate with these headaches, they are terrible. I will keep popping in though, keep your fingers crossed.
  23. yes i have. my sons AS is very apparent now, he is 12. all his classmates stroll around trying to impress each other, and showing off, he walks with his head down and his shoulders hunched, round and round the playground till break ends. i must say it breaks my heart at times, but i know he will not change so i accept it. He will miss so many milestones, girlfreinds, parties, the prom. But perhaps its me who will miss them, he is quite content to be on his own.
  24. I do understand believe me. this time last year i was in yr position. cept my son was starting secondary school and i was 49 lol. i hope all goes well, and its no good me telling u not to worry cos i know u will.
