  2. my eldest boy was named after the footballer Ryan Giggs! My second boy was supposed to be called Finley, but one of my friends got there first so he ended up as Flynn.i had no idea what to call my daughter but i knew i wanted it to end in N.(the boys names end in end so i thought the names would "flow").i ended up calling her Morgan which is my brothers middle name.i think they do flow quite nicely too.Ryan,Flynn and Morgan. what do you think?

  5. mine has to be basket case by green day. Do you have the time to listen to me whine? About nothin' and everything all at once? I am one of those, melodramatic fools. Nuerotic to the bone, no doubt about it. Sometimes I give myself the creeps, Sometimes my mind plays trick on me It all keeps adding up, I think I'm crackin' up. Am I just paranoid? I'm just stoned. just change the stoned bit to tired
  6. A health professional, often an occupational or physical therapist, will evaluate your child by observing his or her responses to sensory stimulation, posture, balance, coordination, and eye movements. While many children have a few of the symptoms described above, your health professional will look for a pattern of behavior when diagnosing sensory integration dysfunction. How is it treated? Sensory integration therapy, usually conducted by an occupational or physical therapist, is often recommended for children with sensory integration dysfunction. It focuses on activities that challenge the child with sensory input. The therapist then helps the child respond appropriately to this sensory stimulus. Therapy might include applying deep touch pressure to a child's skin with the goal of allowing him or her to become more used to and process being touched. Also, play such as tug-of-war or with heavy objects, such as a medicine ball, can help increase a child's awareness of her or his own body in space and how it relates to other people. my son had it and it works wonders.hhe now has a sensory room at home and loves the lights and textures
  7. thats fantastic.we moved into our new house a few weeks ago.we took flynn to see thhe new house and showed him his new room.i was dreading it because it was his first own room.te movin in was fine but he prefers to sleep in his brothers room with him!
  8. as regards to houseing, can you get anyone to write a letter.my sons health visitor and his paediatrition wrote a really ggood letter to the housing department telling them how our current house was innadequate as flynn needed his own room because of his disabilitys.i was on the list a year and just before xmas they gave us a 4 bedroom house.keep pestering them.get all of the proffesionals that work with you to write letters to the housing authority.worth a try.
