hi tez i think with the right help and support they could go on to fullfilling jobs society has the problems with it not us the only 2 people i can think of who went on to achieve higher ambitions in life are steven speilberg and bill gates who partially invented the very thing we are talking to each other on right now but then again having spoken to my sister in america they seem more advanced than us a lot of money goes into getting children diagnosed as early as possible to help them get a good education as possible keep smilin luv karin xx

hi all posted some time ago i had applied to the family fund filled the form in online then received an e-mail to say because of the hi demand i would receive a letter soon,received it and within the letter was told a lady would phone me about the twins which she did anyway she phoned and i was on the phone for about an hour with her answering all sorts of questions one of the questions was do you get dla when i answered no she said she didnt think i was entitled to a family fund to cut a long story short received a letter turning me down so no money for a late hol for the twins felt so sorry for them had hoped to take them to see my mum an dad who have lived in benidorm for 6 years and as me an hubby dont work have never been there at all the letter stated although twins may need help at home an school they did not feel i met the criteria for a family fund seems its not my year for trying for extra help no dla no carers allowance and no family fund oh well keep going see what else happens just want to inform the forum on the outcome luv karin xx

hi all my 3 went back yesterday twins and their little brother i say hes little but same height as the twins who are nearly 9 no end of people tell me off for letting him stickup for himself with kids his own age but when i say he is only 6 they nearly fall over and say no way he will be 7 on friday they had a great day twin2 said his teacher is same height as him he said by the end of the year he will be taller than her that made me laugh twins1s teacher taught my oldest and even now he is a little bit scared of her (him nearly 19 an all) so i should have a quiet year with him haha only joking hope everybodys kids get on ok no matter what day they start this week keep smilin luv karin xx

hi lil_me well done to your sister on receiving her dla and well done you for helping her good news all round can you come to mine and help me fight the twins's dla only joking but i am going to re-apply you have all given me the confidence to do it so look out dla officials here i come an this time am not giving up without a fight

hi all read this with interest as i call my twins the toilet freaks as everytime we hit town they need to find a loo no matter if they have just been 10mins beforehand every house we go into they have to inspect the persons toilet i put this down to it being a safe haven for them to cope with the outside world maybe they'll grow up to be fantastic toilet cleaners haha keep smilin luv karin xx

hi all that made my blood boil when hubby read me this article i have thought for years i have been dyslexic i could not read signs but i love to read never learnt to drive as i still could not go from a to b i think ever child should be tested for it at 7 like susan hampshire)who has dyslexia has said on tv numerous times the reason is this my oldest friend has only been diagnosed since he went on to college at school he was told he was lazy his mum told me this today i discover my niece who is nearly 17 has just found out she is dyslexic she also goes to college does it take kids 16/17 years to find out they are dyslexic im sure one of my twins is dyslexic this is how my search started by reading about dyslexia then obviously going on to know they have aspergers although im told they only have traits of it oh well never mind school tomorrow i think i will have someof these keep smilin luv karin xx

hi mrsq nice to hear of someone winning something twin1 won a kinder baseball cap at the beginning of the summer you buy them kinder eggs 3for1pound in poundland if you get daffyduck you win it,it did not take long to deliver i think the promotion had just started yes you are right we do forget the nt ones sometimes guilty as charged although i try not to but with 4 it is sometimes difficult keep smilin luv karin xx

hi tylers-mum dont be too afraid im sure he will get along fine it is always nerveracking when they start school i know its different for him as he is going into yr2 my youngest goes into yr2 this year he is nervous as he says this is my last yr as an infant then i will be in juniors aaaaargh the time has flown so fast my twins go into yr4 another 3yrs they will be in big school aaaargh time flies when yours having fun all we could say to the twins's teachers (they are split up had this done in yr1) if any probs please ring us a home or send a letter then we can sort it out do not let the problems mount up cant offer any more advice hope he gets on okay im sure he will when he makes friends he will forget about you for a little while keep smilin luv karin xxx sending you these <'> <'> <'> <'> <'> <'> hope this helps
