I have this problem with my sons school. He has a home/school diary but they only use it now and again

I didn't even know I was pregnant with Henry until the February and he was born in the March (And yes he is my 4th). He was born at 23 weeks and spent 10 and half weeks in NICU and SCBU.

Poor little mite. I remember I was distressed when I started and I was prewarned and knew what was going on. I had a young girl at the youth organisation I work for start on a residential weekend, poor mite had no idea what was happening as she had no mum and her dad had never explained, luckily a couple of the 16 year olds took over and sorted her out.

Well the school who I thought were on side, are definatly not now. I was given the LEA's late evidence yesterday, a report written by the haed taecher about my son, It contridicts everything that is said in the schools original report sent to the LEA in July, it is full of lies, I am furious.

My 13 Son year olds is like this, he'll ask me to read his homework, I'll attempt it, ask him and he'll respond with "I think it says......." How can he not know what he has written 10 minutes before.

I've had advice from both IPSEA and NAS, but went with a lady from NAS in the end as she was easy to talk to.

SENDIST Tribunal I received the final information about my son?s SENDIST appeal tribunal today location etc. So it is a matter of weeks now and I am getting worried. I have read a SENDIST annual report. I notice a reasonable amount of cases are dismissed, so now I am worried how many people have been unsuccessful at appeal? We have gone to appeal to get the LEA to make an assessment. Thank you

Has your son got any marks, I'm thinking of his arms as I would have thought an adult standing on an 8 year olds arms would leave a mark, if he has photograph them now before they fade. Maybe take him to a doctor and A&E, could prove usefull in the future. Obviously Saturday night you can't get legal advice. Is your ex likely to have a lawyer friend, from you have said of his behavior, I can't imagine it. I think the the police would laugh at him if he phoned saying you had accussed him of abuse, they have much more to worry about on a saturday night. Can't suggest anything else.

Henry is the same, he does not like to take toys in when they have a bring a toy to school day.

My sons' teachers fill it in sometimes, but generally to tell me he has soiled himself or that they have a christmas show, that sort of thing.
