Tensing

I have Hypermobility syndrome, though I'm no where near as bendy as I used to be.

My youngest son Henry has a formal diagnosis, though I feel it is likely that my eldest son and definately my youngest daughter are ASD.

It does make it a lot easier

My eldest three all have music lessons at school (Cornet, French Horn and Euphonium) ((Bet you are all glad you don't live next door to us)) Youngest (DD2) struggles, but loves music and keeps trying. Henry loves music and often plays on their instruments or his own.

One of my cadets (aged 15) was talking the other day about getting a moped or bike when he is 16, I said that I had had a moped when I was 16, "Wow did you he replied" seemingly amazed, he followed it up with "was it one of those olden days ones, without wheels" He seems to think before wheels were invented people had bikes without wheels. I'm not sure which is worst him thinking I could have been around before the wheel, or that he actually believes they had bikes ithout wheels.

Henry and I have made some already today, we were only suppoed to be making the batter for later. We had Mushrooms in ours.

Thats what I would suggest also.

Henry has one, it means he and I if I am with him can travel anywhere in the county for 35p, we can also use it on local trains.

Have heard from SENDIST now, and they have dismissed our appeal, they feel Henry is getting the help he needs, (15 minutes a day, 10 minutes of this is physio).

Henry is due to start at the local RDA next month.

We had Henry's IEP review today, just the 3 targets this time, normally 4.

Well thats all the more reason to join a creative writing class/group, its a great way to share ideas, and nothing like a school english lesson.

So do I, though at the moment I'm just not happy about him bring in school at all.

Why not join a creative writing class, I did this for a while and it can be a really good way of bouncing ideas of other people in a safe way. We used to all write a piece and then take turns to read them out, and then everyone would give you advice and help.

Thank you everyone, Tribunal was a couple of days ago now, seemed to go well, the chairman of the panel had highlighted the same things in his bundle of papers as me, so that was reasuring. Just got wait now.

It's people like that who have put me off approaching Social Services for help.

Henry does this as well.
