J swings between very American to very upper class English...you know the kinda thing.....'one wishes to use the lavatory'......the rest of us have very strong valleys Welsh accents lol.

The good thing with like centre parks is if the British weather lets you lol you can go for a walk or bike ride if your child can ride in the woods n there's not so many 'well meaning' people there(does my head in when they 'try to help').

My lad can cope with flying but not the airport if that makes sense....we find a quiet spot n he has his earphones on with music playing. But tbh id be inclined to go for either Haven or Centre Parks cos then you have the choice of stuff there but dont have to do it if that makes sense.

J does this all the time.....same track or album on repeat for hours...but he is also the same with games....play the same game over n over n over....also dvd's over n over n over.

My son has no friends.....everyone he meets will end up making fun of him or bullying him within a few hours of knowing him cos he is so different to them. He has 2 acquaintances in school but even they dont understand him n he cant understand them....he struggles to understand why they do or say stuff n cant grasp what they mean especially if they are being sarcastic.

My lad hates water in various ways....the bath will be lukewarm but he goes mad when he gets in saying it burns him, he hates the water anywere near his face n likes to be scrubbed dry with the towel. But also if it is raining he wont open the car door cos it has rain water on the handle n it is 'dirty'?

Lol boy I know that feeling with the satnav lol.....and twenty Q's bout the same thing.

Zaman im the same..its so rare someone actually wants to help or support that when they do I end up crying cos its such a shock!!!! N o yes theres a few kids id gladly wallop if I were allowed too!!!!!! I dont know if it is due to yesterday but today he has been like a devil child...so uncooperative and in the mood from hell all day and really destructive tho not allways on purpose if you know what I mean.....cant ever say each day is the same can you!!!!!

Same here if I explain it it makes it worse n he goes into hysteria big time. I use the EMLA cream for when I have tattoos and it definatly does numb the area but my lad wont use it cos it feels 'slimey'....(it dont but you know how it is it is different for them).

Enid yup 10 is little n he is so young with it too if that makes sense.....just wish he could do things in his own time but he always feels he has to do 'grown up' stuff to 'not be odd or a freak'....then he gets himself even more upset cos it scares him if you know what I mean. Il look into the specialist playplaces as that would suit him to a T.....know there is one somewere in Cardiff but no idea if theres any closer will do a goggle search.

I love the lake district it is beautiful. We find ds loves Devon...been many places camping(he loves the tent)but Devon is by far his fav....not sure how far it is from you....think it the relaxed layed back way of life and every time we go noone bats an eyelid at ds no matter how he looks or what he is doing.

I think im too far away in S.Wales but will def contact them cos my lad goes up in 2010.

Yesterday was going to take ds for a bike ride but he wouldn't go cos it was too hot/light n cos bullyboy was out n about. Today me n dp took ds to the big weekend in Cardiff...ds's request he likes to go each year.....it broke my heart......he wont go near anything most 10 year old's will n likes the baby rides but is obviously huge on them....he went on the small kids like ummmm carousel swing things n his feet almost reached the floor bless but he was happy...that was til a bunch of other kids the same age went past n laughed their heads of at him so he cried his heart out n tried to be 'brave' then n go on a different ride which I knew he would hate so went on with him itms......as we get off I say 3 times 'hold the bar as you get out' he says 'ok' then leaves go n it smacks down on his head so not only did he hate the ride but had a huge egg on his head so broke down crying again...then there was another ride he wanted dp to go on but dp said 'its ok J you go' cos of the cost but then he cried cos 'its not the same if daddy dont have a ride'................this went on the rest of the time we were there.......just felt helpless n upset itms.....he is 10 but scare wise n coping with life wise he is like a 5 year old maximum itms n every ###### were he goes there's someone to laugh at him or make fun or bully....im so sick of it all tbh n feel so bad for him....just feel like bawling atm tbh.....dp cant understand why im so upset either n im like like 'doh ffs it breaks my heart'!!!!!

I really have no idea but wouldnt mind betting the hospital s the same one that had 3 people hold down my then 7 year old to have his fragile x test done!!!!! My son is horrendous when it comes to anything sharp...he wont even let the dentist count useing the pointed thingy and when the dentsit mentioned a brace my lad run out of the surgery building with me flying after him so I know how hard it must be for you.... <'>

They are fantastic photos. Im currently building our website...we are both photographers and do portraits and weddings lol. My lad loves photography aswell n it is kinda like an outlet for him.

The new school my lad is in now are great n very truthful but also for each negative will write a positive however small. He had a glowing report for his art, re and it.

Ive just finished it.....was VERY skeptical to begin with n felt I was being called a bad parent....the woman was great but it was tailored more to adhd kids n my lad needs more help on the aspergers side of stuff but there was a few tips I picked up which ive used.

Yea my lad thinks he is weak, stupid, a nothing. odd etc etc.........last thing he is is mean lol he is scared of his own shadow which is why its funny he is so army mad.....we had to change his school cos the bullying got so bad he was suicidal at age 9.

Im so sorry to hear this....it is the same with my son...too the point were he got suicidal cos of being bullied so much and he is a recluse...will ot leave the house except for school and a youth club miles from here with kids from his new school and he wont go near the park cos all the kids tease him n bully him...ive also got the same fears about comp. I had to move my son to a different school aswel as this all happened in school aswel. <'>

My son does this all the time...shoots at people in the street if they do something he dont like eeeeeekkkkk... he is army mad n camo mad n want to join cadets n army etc...but he is super sensitive n cries all the time n gets bullied like mad. edited cos cant spell.

Ive been to a cdt meeting for my lad..it was the head teacher, ed psych, pead n a couple of others my son is under like o/t etc...basiclly they just discussed how my son was doing school wise n what extra needed doing n that kinda thing.

Im glad your dd has got the dx. Ive complained about my sons last school..to both the lea and board of governors and the cops were even involved but absolutely nothing was done or sorted n in the end I moved my son to another school which was the best move ive ever made.

I first asked for help with my ds when he was 2 1/2 but they wouldnt help until id nagged n nagged n eventually at the age of 7 began the process and we are still in the process of seeing people n getting dx's.
