l can't offer any advice as kieran was at school when it was my dads funeral. l thought it would be easier than taking him. my thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. <'> <'> <'>

my son is 9 he is non verbal and he goes to a special school. he has been there since he was nearly 4. my advice would be look at every school available to you, thats what l did and as soon as l walked into kierans school l knew it was the one for him it just felt right.

my sons school is closed. my daughters school is open but she has to come home for her dinner.

Bless him my little girl has a habit of cutting her hair she did have lovely long hair she has now got quite a short bob. when l ask why she cut it she wanted to be a hairdresser.

k had a ear infections every time he cut a tooth, the hv thought he had a hearing problem when he was 2, but they they werent sure so they kept testing his hearing every 6 months, they have since found out he has got a slight hearing loss on his right side as well as asd.

k did that last year, he had dialled them and then put the phone down but not quite on the hook so they sent a policeman around to see if everything was ok. l have never been so embarressed in my life luckily the police man was ok about it.

l would take the cat, my cat died a couple 6 weeks ago and l hated not having him around. l like having a pet, l have just got a 10 week old puppy.

we have our own caravan, it is one of the best things we bought. we can go all over the country and k is very happy as everything is always the same and with camping k has a bit more freedom than what he does at home with is good.

when k outgrew his buggy it went back to wheelchair services and it was replaced by a wheelchair.

my 9 yr old is into spongebob squarepants, wallace & gromit curse of the werewabbit, dvd and ps2 game.

my son was diagnosed when he was 3 with asd, which meant he started special school when he was 3 and a half, which l think has helped him come on he is now 9.

hi, my son is 9 and non verbal, my son did not get potty trained untill he was 6. l put my son straight into underpants and l had a potty in my living room where he was and kept reminding him to go to the toilet, my sons special school was very good working with us, he had quite a few accidents to start with but then all of a sudden it just clicked with him during the day, he still wears a nappy at night which l don't mind so much. l woul not worry to much all children are differant and they do it when they are ready.

thank you , he is much better today, he panics when he is being sick, it does not help that he is non verbal so he can't tell me when he feels unwell. luckily he is ussually fit and well.

my 9 yr old asd son has been up all night being sick, he panics and runs around geting himself really wound up and panicking, luckily he does not get poorly very often, but is there anything l can do to calm him down, when he is sick. l feel like a zombie this morning l need more strong coffee. k is sat quietly watching tele now.

we get our script posted from the paed, and our local chemist will order it in before l get the script l go in and tell her that l have ordered it from the paed so its at the chemist ready for when l go in with the script to save waiting.

hi shaz, your son sounds exactly like my son who is 9, he is also called kieran, he is forever falling down triping over fresh air and is always covered in cuts and bruises when he was 6 he knocked his two front teeth out. kieran has also loves having his head under the water and my bathroom is flooded every night. you have my sympathy even if l can't offer any advice on helping your son.

tesco have thomas pj's and tesco also have 20% off all clothes untill the 4th december.

we have got a caravan you can take it wherever you want no meltdowns of my son as everything is familiar, it is the best thing we ever bought.
